Cancellation Policy

For bookings with less than 7 days advance notice: A non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of your total reservation amount is required at the time of booking.

All bookings: If you have to cancel or make a change to your reservation for any reason and you give our office staff at least 48 hours of notice, we will issue you a credit for 50% of the total amount of your reservation. This credit is good for one year from the scheduled trip date. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip’s start will not be eligible for a credit. Please note that there are no refunds.

Our Weather Policy: It is very uncommon that trips are cancelled due to poor weather conditions. However, if you suspect poor weather, please contact our offices the afternoon before your trip begins to check availability to re-schedule your trip for another day. If your trip is cancelled due to adverse weather and you are unable to re-schedule, you will be issued a credit for the full price of your trip. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather, but our staff consider the conditions to be safe, you will not be issued a credit. Please note that once your trip begins, there are no refunds or credits issued due to inclement weather conditions. We do not issue refunds due to bad weather for any reason.
